情人节自制巧克力义利巧克力15元一代的那种。黄油，奶油，椰子粉，盐适量（因为便宜巧克力实在太甜）将巧克力逐一切碎，用一个大一点的钢盆装上水在火上加热，把切碎的巧克力放在一个小一点的钢盆里，再把小盆放在大盆里，水温在手摸热不烫手最好，这时就可以熄火了。巧克力融化的很快，这时加入奶油和黄油适量，加的多一点成品的口感比较润滑，但加太多容易手拿的时候容易融化。一直搅拌到所有材料都融到一起，把一小部分椰子粉和盐放入搅拌到完全融入巧克力浆中，加盐的作用可以让巧克力的甜味变得浓厚切味道层次感丰富。试味道，如果还是觉得太甜可以再加一些。完全搅拌融化，在成品的时候是吃不出盐味的。觉得味道合适了就可以从大钢盆中取出小盆，选自己喜欢的果仁，腰果杏仁开心果什么都可以，把果仁在巧克力浆里滚几圈，然后放到一张保鲜膜上，如此重复，直到所有的果仁都沾上厚厚的巧克力浆，稍等凝固，可以拿在手上的时候，把巧克力放到椰子粉里滚一下就完成了。：）其实这个自制巧克力呢，也不完全是自己制作拉~~但是也能表达自己的一份心意拉~做法：1。买来几块DOVE或者其他别的自己喜欢吃的品牌的巧克力。2。把他们全部放在一个容器中3。再在一个比放巧克力的容器更大些的容器，里面倒上开水。把刚才放巧克力的容器放进去。不一会儿，巧克力就慢慢融化了这个时候，需要你用筷子把它打匀，直到完全融化开。这个时候你可以往里面撒些果仁什么的，GG爱吃得就可以啊。这个过程中，要保持水温阿。太凉了，巧克力就会凝固了。4。找几个心型的模子~如果母子不太好找的话，可以用一些果冻的盒子，水晶之恋的什么的都是桃心状的`把融化的巧克力倒在模子里。5。然后把这些模子放进冰箱，冷冻室，就是可以冻成冰的那个。冻上一宿/6。拿出来后，巧克力就凝固了。这个时候就可以把它从模子里弄出来了。然后，可以找个小刀，在上面写上几个你想和GG说的话就好啦~7。很重要的一点，把巧克力用锡纸包好。防止融化。锡纸超市里都有卖的/对了，好强调一点啊，在整个制作过程中，都不要让巧克力进水~因为，进一点儿水，都可能使巧克力凝固不了~
