Joseph Vincent Encarnacion，或称“Joseph Vincent”或“JV”，美籍菲裔。1989年8月15日出生地在加利福尼亚州的圣费尔南多谷，家乡在菲律宾马尼拉。他是吉他手、歌手、同时也是作曲人。2011年他于毕业于加利福尼亚大学欧文（尔湾）分校（University of California, Irvine缩写UCI）。爱好弹吉他和打篮球的他，自翻唱歌曲以来坚持在自拍的流行音乐翻唱上传到Youtube，而渐渐被世界各地的乐迷所熟知。如已是Youtube年度人气之星，曾与多位网络红人合作如陈以桐（Jason Chen），Clara C，David So，MCJin等等。先后推出单曲《If You Stay》、《Bumble Bee》、《SAD》。2012年10月初推出第一张专辑《Blue Skies》，其中收录有11首歌。JV的人气依旧不减，他的《SAD》歌曲视频仅在youtube的播放点击量就破百万。而他的Youtube主页更是突破了5000万！曾经有幸两度参加NBC《The Ellen DeGeneres Show》并表演，并被该节目授予鼓励奖。时至今日随着他的新专集发布，在全美巡演也包括洛杉矶很多著名的演出场地如The House of Blues,The Knitting Factory, Roxy Theatre, El Rey Theatre,The Troubadour国外演出还到过澳大利亚，新加坡和加拿大。经纪人TomNgo和公司Catch Adventures。

音乐生涯简介15岁拿到平生第一把吉他，从此开始了他的音乐之旅，如今已经八年了，他的音乐风格主要受Jack Johnson和Jason Mraz的影响，16岁开始写原创歌曲。JV说“刚开始上传视频的时候并没有很多人看的”，但2008年6月开始JV上传的翻唱视频开始进入人们的视野，开始被大家认可。截至2012年6月18日，他的Youtube视频已有28万人订阅，超过6000万主页访问者！Joseph经常与一些的Youtube当红网络艺人合作，如Jason Chen，Clara C，MC Jin等等。除了Youtube上的成功之外2009年JV还赢得过洛杉矶Kababayan电视台第一届“Kababayan超级明星”。在2010年4月29日和5月27日还两次参加NBC的Ellen Show被选为他们的第一个”网络精彩时刻“（“Wonderful Web of Wonderment”）并参加表演。同年9月14日，他的经纪人Tom Ngo通过网络发现JV之后与Catch Adventures公司签约。JV为自己的第一张专辑《Blue Skies》完成全美巡演。
